Birth preparation courses
Mom & Co
The Mom & Co pregnancy courses prepare you and your partner thoroughly for the birth of your baby—realistic, confident, and positive.
The courses are taught by experienced midwives and combine medical knowledge with hypnobirthing and mindfulness. You’ll develop a positive mindset and become a pro at relaxation.
Through the course, you’ll learn to move with the rhythm of your labour, whether it takes place at home or in the hospital.
Because while we can’t control how a birth unfolds, we can control how we respond to it—together.
Bevalwijzer
At Bevalwijzer, they believe that having a realistic view of your birth and postpartum period helps you make choices that truly fit you and your situation. This means fewer surprises—and a greater chance of looking back on the experience with a positive feeling.
Their goal is to guide you toward a positive birth and postpartum experience. Not an old-fashioned breathing class, but a course that offers the right mix of information, tips, tools, and hands-on knowledge.
In addition to the physical side, the course also focuses on the mental aspect of giving birth. Because while your body knows what to do, your mind needs to be on board too.
This will help you let go and trust—in yourself, the process, your baby, your birth partner, and your birth team—on the big day.
